The founder director of Aadhar Prime Real Homes, Ujjawal Poonia, received the award at NDTV Rising Rajasthan 2025, which is the flagship event of NDTV Rajasthan and is an acknowledgment of the efforts that contribute towards the development of the state. It was held at Castle Mandawa with the theme of “हवेली से हरियाली | विकास भी विश्वास भी”.
The conclave was attended by the Hon’ble Chief Minister, Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma, and the Deputy Chief Minister, Smt. Diya Kumari, and other leaders in the field of policy, business, and industry.
Commenting on the changing landscape in the real estate segment, Poonia also pointed out that the recent government initiatives have had a beneficial influence on developers as well as home buyers.
“The growing competition in the realty market ultimately positively impacts the end-buyer. The favorable government regulations, easier approval procedures, and favorable ecosystem are helping the builders as well as the buyers. The massive investment in highways, infrastructure, and connectivity has made this the golden period to invest in properties in the state of Rajasthan,” he added.
Large-scale infrastructure development activities in terms of developments in highway networks and inter-city connectivity are working in favor of residential and commercial property demands in the key markets of the state. Such developments are making Rajasthan an upcoming real estate investment destination.
