Sales Representative & Customer Relationship Manager

The Candidate shall identify prospective opportunities, develop customer relationships and implement the marketing plan. The Candidate should be versatile, highly motivated, dynamic with a pleasing personality, have excellent communication skills to advise/deal with HNI clients & build relationships by unmatched servicing skills, intending customer acquisition. The Candidate should be an unconventional strategy planner and executor.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan that meets or exceeds established sales goals and supports Company revenue and profitability targets
  • Analyze the existing customer base across to establish a common approach to retention and growth
  • Engage with sectors and customers to anticipate potential business opportunities and implement actions that will position the brand with a differentiated advantage
  • Organize and represent the brand in key networking events to raise the company profile
  • Execute the day-to-day delivery of email marketing campaigns, product literature, quarterly newsletter, invitations, event materials, etc.
  • Prepare and manage timelines for marketing projects/ activities
  • A clear understanding of Brand Positioning and clientele
  • Creative Brand presentation with a focus on client acquisition
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel

Academic skills:

  • MBA (Preferred), Luxury Brand Management, Fashion, and Lifestyle Business Management
  • Min 0- 3 yrs. experience, (preferably in the Luxury/Hospitality Industry)

Duties and Responsibilities

Not limited to description & Sales, he would be assigned duties and responsibilities from time to time that is in favor to achieve the common goal of the organization, with stretched working hours & flexible shifts including weekends

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
